You can see the results of your lip filler almost immediately though there is likely to be some swelling. After two or three days, your lips should have settled and you’ll see the real results. Depending on your lifestyle and the type of filler used, the effects can last between 6-12 months. After this, you may need a top up appointment to keep your lips looking full.

There are a range of factors which affect the speed at which your body processes the fillers so results will vary from client to client. Many clients ask us if lip fillers are painful. The injections can be uncomfortable and there may be some tenderness in the days following but generally, it is unlikely you’ll be in any pain. We use a topical anaesthetic to keep you as comfortable as possible.
